Thu, Jan 25Greater SudburyThe Miners for Cancer Hockey Challenge was the first fundraising event for the group and has been an annual event since 1996. The event was renamed to the Miners for Cancer Allan Epps Memorial Hockey Challenge in memory of co-founder Allan Epps after his untimely passing in 2005.
2024 TBDGreater SudburyThe Miners for Cancer Golf Challenge was established as an annual event in 2006 and has generated on average over $50,000 a year for which all proceeds were donated to cancer research, equipment and patient care in Northern Ontario.
