Miners for Cancer Christmas Gala

Come celebrate the festive season and benefit a good cause at the Miners for Cancer Christmas Gala presented by Sandvik! All profits from the event will go towards cancer research, equipment and patient care in Northern Ontario.

Events Details:

Time: Cocktails and appetizers @ 6:30pm, Dinner @7:30pm, Dance @9:00pm

Location: Steelworkers Hall & Conference Centre at 66 Brady Street, Sudbury, ON.

Attire: Semi-formal (tie, jacket; dress)

Included: Appetizers, Meal, Complimentary wine at dinner, Cash Bar. Silent Auction and great raffle prizes throughout the evening.

Individual Tickets: $100 each Includes: All items listed in event details

Gift/Prize Donation Sponsor Includes: logo displayed on gift donation, logo on marketing materials at event (every table) and on social media.

Silver Bells Sponsorship: $1,500 Includes: table of 8, logo on marketing material at the event and recognition on social media and website

Wine Sponsorship: $3500 Includes: 1 table (of 8) at the event, logo on all wine bottles at the event, verbal recognition of complimentary wine sponsor during opening remarks, logo on marketing material at the event and recognition on social media and website.

Platinum Sponsorship: $3,000 Includes: 2 tables (of 8) at the event, recognition as Platinum Sponsor including logo on all marketing materials for the event and at the event.
